A mileage charge of 30p will be added per mile over any distance over 15 miles(Or a round trip of 30 miles from my home)

A minimum spend of £15 will be required for mobile treatments

The bridal make up for the wedding day is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of 20% at the trial, and this will be deducted from the total amount payable on the wedding day.

Any parking charges which are incurred during my visit will be added to the total cost of treatments.

I accept payment via cheque, cash or by prior arrangement using Paypal.

Cancellation & missed appointments – 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

50% of the treatment price will be required in this instance.

Payment for Jewellery is via Paypal.   

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of your order. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, selected couriers, and in the case of international orders thereafter by your local postal service.

UK (First Class Recorded) Day of order 24-48 Hours

Europe Day of order 3-5 days

Rest of The World Usually approximately 14 days

Please note these times are calculated from the cut off time which is 1 o'clock UK time on the day of order Monday to Friday and 11 o'clock on a Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday and during UK public or bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day and the shipping time should be calculated from 4 o'clock on that day.

For UK deliveries we charge £2.95 postage & packaging.

Delivery Costs for deliveries outside the UK:

Europe £2.95 for first item plus £1.50 per additional item

Rest of The World £5.00 for first item plus £3.95 per additional item

All goods require a signature on delivery by an adult above 18 years. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained at the nearest local office of Royal Mail, in which case the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery.

I will email you to notify you that your order has been despatched.

If delivery is attempted and no-one is in, you will be notified that your package is being held for collection by Royal Mail.

If you fail to collect the package within the stated time period from the Royal Mail and the package is returned to us we will consider the order cancelled.

Under these circumstances, prior to making a refund, we will make a charge to cover the post and packing costs of sending the goods to you. An additional postage and packing charge will also be made if you wish the goods to be re-sent.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility if Royal Mail fails to notify you of an attempted delivery.

We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive on time,whether it be due to postal strikes or if there is an issue with the delivery service, and no compensation will be payable by Shelley Wakeling Beauty under any circumstances. We will refund your postage costs only where our couriers provide us with a refund under the terms for this service. Where this condition is met, the refund will be credited to your paypal account within 30 days of Shelley Wakeling Beauty receiving the refund.

All items are returnable in new condition, if you are not entirely satisfied please contace me as soon as possible so that you are able to return the item within 30 days from the purchase date.

Postage & packaging will need to be paid for by the purchaser in the event that you are not entirely satisfied within the stated 30 days, if the item is being returned.

Please note should Royal Mail be unable to deliver due to any part of the delivery address or postcode you have provided being wrong, you will be liable up to the total cost of your order should the package fail to be delivered or returned to us within 30 days of posting.

Please note it is the postal company who guarantee the delivery time not Shelley Wakeling Beauty. In the event that a delivery goes missing, time needs to be allowed for investigations to be made, in the case of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, 15 days must have passed before an item can be classed as lost.

Please note it can take up to seven working days for us to obtain a copy of a signature for a delivery.
